We get it – sometimes you order that dope drip, and it's just not vibe'n with your wardrobe like you thought. No worries! At Urban Cookie, we've got a no-stress return policy that won’t stress you out.

 

7-Day Return

You've got a whole week after receiving your item to decide if your new drip is a "hit or miss." Returns are only accepted in the case of an item being defective or damaged. Remember, to return your item, it needs to be in the same condition you got it – unworn, unwashed, and still rocking those tags and labels.

 

Returns Must Be Authorized

Here's the deal: you can't just send stuff back randomly. Before you pack up that streetwear gem, you need the Urban Cookie’s stamp of approval. Here's how to do it:

  1. Shoot us an email at info@UrbanCookieAve within the 7-day return window.
  2. Let us know your order number, what you want to return, and why.
  3. Our customer service team will give you the green light and tell you the next steps.

***If more than 15 days have passed since your return has been authorized - contact us***

 

No-Go for Some Items

We wish we could take everything back, but some items are not returnable. Non-returnable items include stuff that's custom, personalized, worn, washed, or tampered with, anything missing its original tags, and items marked as "Final Sale." Oh, and anything that's been through the wringer because of customer shenanigans – no-go on that too. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if the wrong item is received, so that we can make it right. 


Store Credit

Once we get your returned item and give it the once-over, we'll start processing your credit. It can take up to 5 business days to revert back to your original payment method. We do not give refunds as all our items are made on demand.

Remember, goods may take longer to arrive if you reside outside of Canada. Shipping costs for the return are on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, hit us up, and we'll make it right.
